Booking and confirmation
A booking starts with a request through the website, by email or by phone. We confirm whether your dates are free. Your booking is final once we have received the deposit.
Deposit and payment
After confirmation you receive the deposit details. The deposit is 50% of the total amount and is paid within 14 days by bank transfer. The remaining amount we gladly receive a week before arrival.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is possible from 3 pm. On the day of departure the room is free again at 10 am. Other times? Just ask, we are happy to help.
House rules
- In the Czech Republic you wear slippers indoors. Feel free to bring your own pair.
- Smoking and open flames, such as candles, are not allowed anywhere on the upper floor.
- Your dog is welcome. We ask you to be considerate of the other guests.
Cancellation
If you cancel up to a week before arrival, we charge 50% of the total price. Within a week of arrival or during your stay we charge 100%. We recommend good travel and cancellation insurance.
Liability
You stay with us at your own risk. We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to your belongings, or for personal injury, except where the law provides otherwise.
Applicable law
These terms and your stay are governed by the law of the country where the B&B is located, the Czech Republic.
