Who we are

What data we collect
We only process the data you give us yourself:
- For a booking request: your name, email address, phone number, arrival and departure date, number of guests and any comments.
- For a contact request: your name, email address and your message.
Why we use it
We use this data to assess your request, confirm your booking, send the deposit details and stay in touch during your stay. The basis is the performance of your booking and, for a question, your consent. We do not use your data for advertising and never sell it to third parties.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your stay and as long as the law requires. After that we delete it.
Who we share it with
Only when needed for your stay, for example our email and payment provider. These parties may use your data only for that purpose.
Security
Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to Jan and Liesbeth. The booking data is kept on a secure server.
Map and cookies
Our site does not use tracking cookies of its own. On the contact page we show a Google Maps map. Google may process data there according to its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data. Just send an email to nasdum@ontdektsjechie.nl and we will arrange it.
